SHIPPING and PRODUCTION TIMES

Order production times depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.

 

RETUNRS

At BMPP, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise for a refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions apply.

What you have to do:

• Start your return by informing us through the CONTACT US page on our site. We will provide you a prepaid return label and form.
• Print your prepaid return label and fill out the form. Pack your return, in the original package, and include your form. Attach your prepaid return label to the package, and ship it at your nearest drop-off location.
• We will call you to process the refund over the phone.

Limitations and exclusions:

• To be eligible for a refund, returned merchandise MUST BE in the original package, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. We will not refund items that have been monogrammed, personalized, or used.
• If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For example, we will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase.
